Spark Networks is one of the global leaders in premium online dating with iconic brands as EliteSingles, SilveSingles, eDarling, Jdate,, Christian Mingle, and Attractive World. After its recent listing on the New York Stock Exchange (ticker: LOV), the firm continues its steady growth and we are now looking to strengthen Product Team with a (Senior) B2B Product Manager (f/m/d) position at our Berlin headquarters reporting to Director of Product Management

This person will be responsible for defining strategy for our new white label platform.

As a (Senior) B2B Product Manager your mission will be to:

To strengthen the future team setup and help to define strategy going forward. You will make a difference – define strategy for our new white label platform. It's a position with great responsibility, high impact on company strategy.

We are looking for someone to act as a product lead to build out our platform to allow 3rd parties to run their dating experience on our technology. (btw, our plan is to also run our own dating brands off the same unified technology: we like to drink our own champagne)

Expected outcomes:

  • First additional brands added in Q2 2019
  • First external deal in Q3 2019

Competencies we are looking for:

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation and good organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team-player.


  • Formal education and a university degree are a plus, but we appreciate applications from anyone with a proven track record.
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience as B2B Product Manager or Tech Project Manager
  • You have strong technical background
  • You have high-level business understanding
  • You are a self-starter and passionate about driving great products to a success.
  • You have an analytical mindset and you can be meticulous with regards to your work.
  • Agile working experience is a plus and strongly recommended.
  • Very good English language and communication skills are a must.
  • Additional Sales background could be helpful if you want to grow even further
